Rex Target, Freelance Zombie Hunter

About the Comic

The year is 2142. The place, New Neomegatropolis City. Modern technology has brought a new level of convenience and contentment to the citizens who live here, and the city stands as a shining beacon for mankind's achievements. The path of progress, however, was not without its blunders...

Zombies! The dead have risen from their graves, hungry for the brains of the living! These undead pests have become an increasing nuisance in the city, and it's up to a handful of courageous hunters to seek out and eliminate these loathsome creatures... for a price, of course.

Rex Target and his partner, Rookie, are two such hunters. The story centers around the comic misadventures of these glorified exterminators as they try to eke out a living in a city home to not only zombies, but rival hunters, corporate giants, overzealous law enforcement, and pirates, to name but a few. A side story entitled "Zombie Blues" focuses on a group of four smarter-than-average zombies, who are just trying to get by in the modern world.

The future of Rex Target remains uncertain at this point... it may be published, or it may go to a webcomic format. Who knows! Stay tuned for details!
